1. How to Use Booking.com for Hotel Reservations
Similar to Agoda and Traveloka, you can easily book hotel rooms through Booking on your computer or phone. In this article, Mytour will introduce you to how to book through Android and iOS phones. If you want to book on a computer, you can follow the same steps.

- Download the Booking app to your phone.

+ Download Booking for iPhone
- Already have a Booking account. If not, you can register for a Booking account.
- If your Booking.com app is in a language other than Vietnamese, you can change it to Vietnamese for easier use by going to Booking -> Log in to your account -> Select My Profile -> Settings -> Click on Language and choose Vietnamese.
How to Book on Booking.com
Step 1: On your phone, open the Booking app and log in.
Step 2: At the top, click on the 'Đà Nẵng' box (the first time you book, click on 'Find near current location') (Image 1). Then,
Step 3: The calendar will appear, you slide to select check-in and check-out dates (Image 3) then click 'Select date' (Image 4).
Step 4: Click on the '1 room - 2 adults - 0 children' box to change your requirements (Image 5). Increase the number of rooms, adults, children by clicking on the '+' sign, decrease by clicking the '-' sign, then select 'Apply' (Image 6).
Step 5: Click 'Search' (Image 7). Scroll to select your preferred hotel (Image 8).
If you want to find quickly, you can follow these instructions:
- At the top left corner, click on 'Sort' (Image 9). You will see various options, choose 1 suitable option according to your preference (Image 10).
- If you want to filter information such as budget, Free cancellation..., click on 'Filter' (Image 11). Then, select information in each section as desired and click 'See results' (Image 12).
- If you want to find hotels by location, click on 'Map' (Image 13). Now, the map and the location of hotels will be displayed, you can choose a hotel at the desired location by clicking on the price VNDxxxx (Image 14).
Step 6: Click on the hotel you like (Image 15). Now, you will see pictures and information, amenities of the hotel. You can click to search more. If you find it suitable, click on 'View options' (Image 16). If you do not like it, click on the back button.
Step 7: You will see the available rooms displayed, along with the number of beds, maximum guests.... You can click on each room to view (Image 17). Click on each picture to view that room. If you like it, click 'Book now' (Image 18). Otherwise, press the back button.
Note: If you want to quickly select multiple rooms in the same hotel, instead of clicking 'Book now', go back to the previous page and scroll down (Image 19) then click 'Select' (Image 20). Then, you do the same for the next room.
Step 8: After you have selected the rooms you want, click 'Book now' and follow the system's instructions. Typically, at this step, we enter payment information including full name and email address used to confirm the use of Booking.com for hotel reservations. And of course, Booking.com supports payment via Visa and some other card types.
Note: In case you do not have a card, Booking.com will suggest other hotels that you can pay for without a visa.
2. Tips for Booking on Booking com
- Booking without credit card: Most hotels that do not require payment in advance will indicate 'No credit card needed'. You can choose those hotels to book without having to pay in advance or book. On the day of arrival and check-in, you only need to pay for the room without going through Booking.
- Checking your Booking reservation: Once you have completed the booking process, Booking will notify you of a successful reservation. For added peace of mind, you can check your email and contact the hotel directly through Booking to confirm.
- Is there a fee for cancelling a Booking reservation: Absolutely no fee, if you follow the requirements. Typically, after you have booked, you will see information about the dates when cancelling the reservation is free. If you cancel after that date, you will need to pay a fee to Booking.
