Payment Guide for Logistic Bills from Vietcombank
Firstly, you need to register for Vietcombank's Internet Banking service. The registration process is quite straightforward. Bring your ID card to Vietcombank's service counter to be guided through the registration procedure by bank staff.
Implementation Steps
Step 1: Log in to VCB's online banking service - iB@nking HERE
Step 2: Select 'bill payment' in the 'payment' feature on the top menu or the 'quick access' section in the left menu
Step 3: Initiate the payment command
- Choose the account number to make the payment
- In the transaction information box, select the 'logistics bill' service, choose the service provider, enter the customer code (usually displayed on the invoice/receipt of the previous service payment) then press 'confirm'
Step 4: Review the transaction information, select the transaction code receipt method, enter the transaction code (OTP code), and press pay to complete the transaction
