To avoid missing any calls while on another call, we can activate the smart call waiting feature. It will alert with a beep sound along with the phone number of the incoming call, allowing you to know who is calling immediately or call them back after finishing the current conversation.
To activate this useful feature, follow these steps:
Method 1:
Step 1: Access the phone dialer app, then dial *43# and press the call button. The feature will be activated, and a notification will appear.
Step 2: To deactivate this feature, dial #43# and press the call button.
Step 3: To check the status of whether this feature is enabled or disabled, dial *#43# and press the call button.
Method 2:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Call.
Step 2: Tap on Additional Settings.
Step 3: Check the box for Call Waiting.
