To back up and sync contacts online with My Viettel, follow these steps:
Step 1 . Access the My Viettel app, if not yet installed, you can download it from the link below:
- For Android devices: Download My Viettel for Android
- For iPhone devices: Download My Viettel for iPhone
Here, click on the 3 horizontal lines icon at the top left > select Sync Contacts .
Step 2 . In the Sync Contacts menu, tick all to back up all contacts on your device and click Upload > select Yes to finish.
Step 3 . Backup completed! If you want to sync the backed-up contacts again, repeat step 1. Then, tick the Latest backup on the system item > click Download for the My Viettel app to sync the contacts you backed up earlier.
