Step 1: On the taskbar, click on the magnifying glass icon and in the Windows search box, type the keyword 'Firewall' then press Enter.

Step 2: Immediately, the Windows Security window will appear. Search on the right-hand side and click on the line 'Allow an app through the firewall'.

Step 3: Wait for a moment for the network connection permission setup window for applications, services, and software to appear. Check the boxes for the services in case you want them to connect to the network. If you want to block, uncheck the boxes. Finally, click OK to save the steps.

Step 4: In the Windows search box, type the phrase 'Control Panel' then click on the corresponding result below. In the Control Panel window, select Windows Defender Firewall. A list of options will appear in the left pane, click on Advanced Settings.

Step 9: A list of options will appear, keep the checkboxes as they are and click Next.

Step 10: Name and describe the task you just performed for easy retrieval later.

Finally, you can find the task you just saved in the Outbound Rules list. If you want to delete it, select the task and then click Delete, or you can temporarily disable the rule by clicking Disable Rule.
