Guide to Booking Medical Appointments Online with MedPro

To reduce wait times during hospital visits, PKH Application Company has developed the MedPro software, collaborating with various hospitals. Simply access this application to efficiently register for effective online medical appointments. Additionally, through this app, you can easily make payment for medical fees, manage appointment vouchers, and more. If you are using MedPro for the first time, follow the guidelines below to easily book medical appointments online using the MedPro application.

How to Register for Online Medical Appointments Using the MedPro App

- Step 1: Before booking medical appointments online on MedPro, you need to download the app to your Android or iOS device:

- Step 2: On your phone, open the MedPro app. Look at the bottom of the interface and tap 'Schedule' (Figure 1). The interface will switch to the Please select a hospital section; tap select the hospital you want to visit (Figure 2).

- Step 3: In the Choose examination information interface, tap 'Select service' (Figure 3). You can choose whether you have health insurance and want to be examined with that card; if yes, click the checkbox 'Yes' otherwise click the checkbox 'No' (Figure 4).

- Step 4: Next, you choose the date you want to visit (Figure 5). Once done, continue to select the appointment time (Figure 6).

- Step 5: Click 'Continue' (Figure 7). If not registered, choose 'Register' to proceed with creating an account (Figure 8).

- Step 6: Enter your phone number into the Phone Number field (Figure 9). When the app sends a 6-digit code to the entered phone number, open and enter it into the field (Figure 10).

- Step 7: Now, you fill in the information in the fields, including account name and password (Figure 11). Then click 'Register' (Figure 12)

- Step 8: Look below, click 'Continue' (Figure 13). In the patient profile interface, look at the upper right corner and press the plus icon (Figure 14).

- Step 9: Choose 'Never visited, new registration' (Figure 15).

- Step 10: Enter complete information in the information fields (Figure 16). After filling, press 'Create new profile' (Figure 17).

- Step 11: Click 'Agree' (Figure 18). This way, your patient profile will be updated (Figure 19)
