1. Instructions for health declaration on the PC Covid application
First, download the PC Covid app on your phone. Then, select the 'Health declaration' section and choose 'Declaration of domestic travel.' Fill in health and personal information as instructed. You can also declare for other household members by selecting 'Declaration of others' travel.
In the information entry page, choose the mode of transportation and enter the required details. Afterward, select 'Submit declaration' to complete the declaration process.
In case you are required to submit an electronic health declaration form, open the PC Covid app, select Health declaration, and then click on View the list of travel declarations. Present this electronic declaration form when asked to do so.
If you choose public transportation, you may be required to check the health declaration form at departure points such as airports, train stations, or when boarding buses. Some localities may also ask residents to show this code.
If you're using private transportation, some places may check your declaration at disease control checkpoints.
2. Guide on checking the pandemic level
Visit the official local information pages to understand travel policies. Alternatively, access the Electronic Information Portal of the province with the domain [province name].gov.vn, and read the documents 'Regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control in the province.'
Provincial policies are based on two factors: the pandemic level and vaccination status. Currently, vaccination requires individuals to receive both doses, with the second dose at least 14 days before local travel.
You can check the pandemic level in your area by visiting the link: https://capdodich.yte.gov.vn/map. Search for your residential or work area on the map or click on the locality in the right-side table. Then, select the administrative level (commune/district/city/town).
