Ingredients:
- 120g beef
- 140g carrots
- 60g baby corn
- 60 green chilies
- Spring onions, cilantro
- Minced garlic
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, sugar, MSG, broth powder, fish sauce...

Preparing ingredients for rainbow beef:
- Clean and thinly slice the beef. Marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon broth powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon MSG, 1/2 tablespoon pepper.
- Slice the carrots and green chilies into bite-sized pieces.
- Clean and cut the baby corn, removing the husk.

Steps to make rainbow beef:
Step 1: Blanch the vegetables
Bring a pot of boiling water, add some salt, blanch the carrots for about 3 minutes, the green chilies and baby corn for about 1 minute. Stir with chopsticks to ensure even cooking (approximately 70% cooked). When done, remove and place in cold water, then drain.

Step 2: Sauté the beef
Place a pan on the stove with a bit of cooking oil, heat the oil and add some minced garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add the beef to stir-fry over high heat, quickly flipping when the beef is medium rare, then turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
Step 3: Sauté the vegetables
Add a bit of oil to the pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry for about 30 seconds before adding the green chilies and baby corn. Season with a pinch of salt, 1/2 tablespoon broth powder, a splash of fish sauce, stir well. Continue to add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 4: Presentation of the rainbow beef
Arrange the sautéed beef and vegetables on a plate, sprinkle with a bit of pepper, garnish with spring onions, and chopped cilantro to make the dish visually appealing.
