In previous versions of Office Word, the feature to create letterhead in documents was already supported. In the latest version, Word 2013, this feature is also available with a more beautiful and eye-catching interface. You can create letterheads as desired, tailored to different recipients.

Step 1: Navigate to Mailings > Start Mail Merge > Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard:
Step 2: Choose Envelopes and then click Next: Starting Document to proceed to Step 2:
Step 3: Click on Envelope Options, and in the displayed dialog, you can modify the parameters for the envelope or leave them as default. Click OK to confirm:
Step 4: Go to DESIGN > Page Borders to create borders for the envelope:
In the prompted window, select the style you desire for your envelope and then click OK. Afterward, click Next: Select Recipients to proceed to Step 3:
Step 5 : Open the Excel file containing information about your mail recipients by clicking Browse. Locate and select the Excel file, then click Open:
Step 6: Choose the sheet containing information about the recipients you want to send letters to. If there's only one sheet as shown below, simply click OK:
In the next table, you can filter a specific group of recipients in this list by clicking Filter. Alternatively, you can sort this list based on a specific attribute by clicking Sort to select recipients you want to send letters to. You can also search for duplicate customer information to avoid sending letters to them multiple times by clicking Find Duplicates. Or you can default to selecting all and then click OK. Subsequently, click Next: Arrange Your Envelope to proceed to Step 4:
Step 7 : Fill in the sender's information and recipient's details on the envelope. To add recipient information such as Name, Address, etc., click on More Items. In the displayed table, choose the attribute field you want to insert into the envelope, then click Insert:
Similarly, proceed to insert additional fields. Once you've finished inserting the information fields, click Next: Preview Your Envelopes to move to Step 5:
At Step 5, you can click on the arrow icon as shown to preview the envelope. If it's correct, proceed; if not, you can go back to the previous step to make corrections. Once correct, click Next: Complete the Merge to move to Step 6:
Step 8: Click on Edit Individual Envelopes, then select All in the displayed table, and click OK to complete the envelope creation process:
