Guide on How to Create Mailing Labels in Word 2010
Step 1: Create an Excel file with stored information for the labels you want to create. For example, I have an Excel file as shown below
Step 2: Open Word and select Mailings -->Start Mail Merge -->Lables
Step 3: A dialog box appears, where you choose the type of label you want to create and click OK. Here, I select the label as shown below

Step 4: Highlight the table and go to the Home tab --> Borders -->All borders to create borders for the table.

Step 5: Select Mailings --> Select Recipients -->Use Existing List to load the Excel file containing the information you created.
Navigate to the folder containing the Excel file and choose Open
A dialog box appears as shown below, select OK

Step 6: Click on the blank box, Choose Mailings --> Insert Merge Field --> NAME, press Enter, do the same for other information.
Result:
Step 7: Choose Mailings --> Update Labels to update the remaining labels.
Step 8: Select Mailings --> Preview Results to view the results.

Step 9: Proceed to modify the labels such as aligning margins... Select Mailings --> Update Labels to update the remaining labels.
Result:
Choose Home --> Borders --> No Border to remove the border from the table.
You will get the result as shown below.
