The Android 6.0 version introduces the 'screen overlay' feature to prevent overlapping between installed apps on the device. Unfortunately, this feature can be inconvenient for users.

When the screen overlay feature appears, it can block the download of apps to the device in some cases. Therefore, follow the steps below to turn off the screen overlay:

Step 1: App menu.

Step 2: Settings.

Step 3: Applications.

Step 4: Tap on the 'Gear' icon.

Note: At this step, each device may have different options (the device used in the tutorial is a Motorola X Play). For example, on Samsung devices, you would select 'App Manager'. Therefore, different devices may have different selection steps (the 'See more' section at the end provides specific instructions for some devices).

Step 5: Draw over other apps.

Note: For Samsung devices, it will be under 'Apps that can appear on top' section.

Step 6: Turn off all apps in this list > Set all apps to 'Off' and only set to 'On' for the app you need to use.

Note: If following the guide on your device doesn't work, uninstall apps like Clear Master, Speed Booster, Easy Touch virtual button, Battery Saver, etc. > Then restart your device to grant permissions.
