To download and use Titanium Backup as instructed below, the first requirement is that your Android device must be Rooted. Without Root access, your phone won't be able to utilize the features inside this app. You can refer to how to root your Android phone using Magisk here.

Step 1: First, open the Google Play Store on your Android phone -> Type in the search bar with the keyword: Titanium backup -> Click Install to download -> Press Open when the download and installation process is complete. You can download this software on your phone via the following link:

Step 2: When accessing the Titanium Backup app for the first time, you will need to grant permission to the application. Three notifications will appear, you select Allow one by one to allow the app to access your phone.
Step 3: The interface of the app after you have granted permission in the previous step will look like the image below. Then you select the Backup/Restore section -> select Menu -> click on the Batch section below ->Run Backup all user apps + system data.
Step 4: The Titanium Backup app will then back up all data, messages, software, games... on your Android phone.
Step 5: The backup speed can be fast or slow depending on the amount of data on your phone, whether it's a lot or a little. After completing the backup process, you proceed to access the SD card and you will see all the data stored in the /TitaniumBackup/ folder. To guard against worst-case scenarios like data loss, you should copy the entire folder to your computer or other secure storage devices.
Step 6: If you want to restore backup files, follow these steps: Go to Backup/Restore ->Batch ->Scroll down to the Restore section. Here you may have options such as: Restore all system data, restore missing apps with data...-> Select Restore to restore the data.
