Guide to Editing Videos on Youtube
Step 1: Upload Video
First, log in to your account. Then, access the Youtube Video Editor tool using the following link.
The next step is to choose and upload the video to Youtube. To upload, select the video from your computer and click Upload. Wait a moment, and the video will be uploaded.
Step 2: Browse the Video
After the video is successfully uploaded, return to the Video Editor tab, press F5 to refresh the page, and you will see the newly added video. Click on the uploaded video; a small thumbnail will appear, as shown in the image. Press Play to check the quality.
Step 3: Select the video for editing
Drag and drop the videos that need to be modified into the editing section at the bottom of the page (as shown below). If you want to rearrange the order of the videos, simply click on the video, hold it, and move the mouse to the position you want. This way, the order of the videos will be in the correct position you desire.
Step 4: Edit the video
Look at the thumbnail section; you will see an icon resembling scissors. To cut the video, simply click on the limit bar on the left or right, then press and hold the mouse, drag the bar to the desired position on the timeline, and then press Cut.
Alternatively, to concatenate videos, drag and drop the videos you want to concatenate into the editing section, then combine them. However, the maximum duration for concatenated videos is only 10 minutes.
While editing the video, there will be a preview for you to check the video. Click to run a preview; when satisfied, select Save to save.
Step 5: Complete the video
And finally, click on Publish to start uploading. Next, you will see a dialog to edit the title for the video if needed. Then click on Save to complete.
