Users can now officially use Microsoft Office 2019. At present, this is the latest official version, and essentially, its main features do not differ much from its predecessor, Office 2016. How to Activate Dark Mode on Office 2019
To activate the Dark theme mode on Office 2019, users simply need to open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint... to initiate the activation process. Once successfully activated in Word, for example, the dark mode will automatically be enabled in other applications such as Excel, PowerPoint...
Method 1: Activate Dark Mode in Options
Step 1: First, open Word -> click on the File menu ->Options
Step 2: In the new General interface -> look to the right -> find Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office.
Step 3: In the Office Theme section, the default color scheme is Colorful. To switch to the Dark theme -> click on the triangle icon and choose Black. Finally, click OK to save.
As a result, the Word program interface will automatically switch to a dark background as shown below. The menu options will still be written in white for user convenience.
When you open Excel, you'll also see a dark-themed interface similar to Word in the image below:
Even when you open PowerPoint, it's the same:
Method 2: Enable Office 2019 Dark Theme in Account
Step 1: Also in the Office 2019 interface -> click on the File menu to display the options list -> then click on the Account section.
Step 2: Look to the right, you'll find the Office Theme section -> click and choose Black to switch to the dark color scheme. The result will be the same as the above steps, enabling dark mode in Office 2019.
