Guide to Exiting Zalo Desktop Version
Alongside the Zalo desktop version, VNG has also introduced Zalo on the web platform. This enables users to chat directly with friends from their computers with ease.

To use Zalo on a web browser, you can access Zalo directly on Chrome, Firefox, or CocCoc on your computer.
Additionally, if you're new to using Zalo, you need to sign up for Zalo to create a personal account and chat with friends. In today's article, Mytour will introduce you to a simple way to exit Zalo on your computer through a few steps.
How to Exit Zalo on Computer
Step 1: On the Zalo interface, click on the gear icon at the bottom left corner of the app.
Step 2: A small dialog box will appear with options, click on Log out.
Step 3: Continue to click Log out in the next notification dialog box to completely exit Zalo on the computer. You can also check the box Delete chat history when logging out to secure the contents you don't want anyone to read.
Applicable to older versions of Zalo
Step 1: In the main window of the Zalo application on your computer, click on the Zalo tab on the toolbar.
Step 2: Click on Log out to exit your account. By default, Zalo will ask if you want to log out completely with an option to delete chat history stored on the computer.
Step 3: Continue to click Log out to completely exit your account.
Make Direct Calls on Zalo
Once you've successfully logged into your Zalo account, you can easily make calls and chat directly with friends or family from the Zalo app.
Step 1: On the main interface of Zalo, select the Contacts tab on the toolbar on the left side of Zalo.
Step 2: After selecting someone to chat with, Zalo will display a separate chat page on the entire right side of the app.
Next to the Zalo user's avatar and name, you have options including Call, Send Photos or Files, and Add People to the conversation.
Step 3: To initiate a call, click on the phone icon and wait for Zalo to connect to the recipient.
Sending Photos and Files via Zalo on Computer
The Zalo desktop version adds a handy feature where you can easily send photos or files from your computer.
Step 1: Click on the document icon on the status bar.
Step 2: Zalo will prompt users to decide whether to upload photos or documents to Zalo. Here, you can choose according to your preference.
Step 3: After selecting the images or documents, those files will be transferred to the conversation account.
Additionally, you can also click on the paperclip and camera icons just below the chat toolbar on Zalo to send photos or files.
