1. Ingredients Preparation
500 grams of chicken wings
8-10 lime leaves
1 piece of ginger
2 stalks of lemongrass
10 grams of coriander
3 shallots

Air-Frying Process
Purchase chicken wings from the market, wash them thoroughly with diluted salt water, and remove all feathers.
Clean coriander with water, drain, and set aside. Peel and chop ginger and shallots. Wash lemongrass, then finely chop. Wash lime leaves and finely slice.
Blend lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger, shallots, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp pepper, 2 tbsp fish sauce until smooth.
Next, coat the chicken wings evenly with the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Once heated, line the air fryer with foil and place the chicken wings inside.
Adjust the air fryer to 180°C and cook the wings for 20 minutes. Then, open the fryer, spread another layer of the mixture, flip the wings, and cook at 150°C for 10 minutes.
3. Finished Product
The honey-glazed wings boast an appealing golden color. Enjoy the fragrant aroma and rich flavor of the tender, well-seasoned wings. Serve with chili sauce for an extra kick.
