Inserting book images in Word is not difficult! How to Insert Book Images in Word
In this article, we will demonstrate how to add book images in Word 2016 - a version currently widely used by many users.
Step 1: You open the Word 2016 editing program - place the mouse cursor where you want to insert - click on
At that point, you will see additional information displayed for you to choose from -> you click on More Symbols to open additional symbol interfaces.
Step 2: The Symbol window interface is displayed as shown below. Here, you will see a list of symbol styles for you to choose from.
In Font -> you navigate to the Wingdings style -> you will notice the book symbol displayed on the first line when you select it.
The next step is to click on the book icon to select -> then click on Insert to add this symbol to the document -> the newly added symbol will be displayed correctly at the position where you placed the mouse cursor.
As a result, the book symbol will be inserted into the Word document as shown in the image below. After successful insertion, you can adjust this symbol by resizing, shrinking... very easily and simply.
To do this, you highlight the book -> go to Home -> then choose the size you want -> the book symbol will automatically change according to the size you selected.
Step 3: If you want to decorate the color for the book, you can highlight it -> then go to the Font Color section as described in the image below -> Click More Colors to add the color selection palette -> you choose the color you want and then apply it.
The image below shows the book symbol enlarged by the user, while also adding color and boldness to the book.
Furthermore, for report covers, theses, dissertations... besides inserting the book symbol, you may also need to insert some other symbols as illustrated below.
To see these symbols, you go to Symbol similarly as above -> select Font Windings -> here, you can search, choose additional symbols if you find it necessary to add to the document.
As a result, you will have a cover template with a book image inserted in Word, along with some other symbols available in Symbol that you have inserted:
