How to Install and Use INSO for Online Insurance Purchase
1. Installation and Registration of INSO Account
Step 1: Open the web browser app on your phone. Click on the link to the INSO version suitable for your device.
Step 2: Click on the Install button for the system to automatically download and install the INSO app.
Once completed, click the
Step 3: An introductory screen about the INSO app will appear. Click on the Start button at the bottom of the screen to skip.
On the Login screen, press the Register button to create a new account.
Step 4: Enter the phone number you frequently use, then press Register.
Enter the referral code provided by someone who invited you to use INSO and click Confirm. If not, quickly skip by selecting No code.

2. Using INSO to Purchase Insurance
Currently, INSO provides users with 6 insurance packages: Car, Flight Delay, Health, Home, Civil Liability, and Life Insurance. In this example, Mytour will guide you through purchasing the Health insurance package on the INSO app.
Step 1: Click on the health insurance package icon on the Home screen.
Choose the insured person for Health insurance, here Mytour selects Individual.\
Step 2: Enter the required information as requested by the system, including:
- Personal Information: Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Phone Number
- Insurance Package: Desired insurance value and benefits.
Choose Yes or No to confirm your recent Health status, then press Send Request.
The system will record your insurance purchase request. INSO staff will contact you soon to assist you in completing the necessary procedures.
