Download and Install Purple Launcher
First, you need to download and install Purple Launcher. This is a special platform developed by NCsoft to play their games on PC. Visit the official website of Blade & Soul 2 Japanese version

On the homepage, click the Purple download button in the corner.
You will be taken to Purple's dedicated page. Click 'Accept All' for cookies.
On the homepage interface, click the download button and choose the Windows version of Purple.
After downloading, go to the location of the Purple installation file.
Complete the installation process.
Open Purple and select the Japan server (or Taiwan for better ping).
Next, select the game as Blade & Soul 2.

Install Blade & Soul 2
