Unlocking the new Steam Library design interface on Windows

This method is quite simple but not everyone can do it, so you have to follow each step below carefully, otherwise you will encounter some errors.

Step 1: First, you need to launch the Steam software on your computer and log in to your Steam account, if you don't have one, create a Steam account first.

Step 2: Once you have successfully logged in to Steam, select Steam then click on Settings to go to the settings section as shown in the image below.

Step 3: In the Settings tab, in the Account folder, select Change in the Beta Participation tab.

Continue to select Steam Beta Update in Beta Participation, then click OK.

Steam requires you to restart the software to update the Beta feature, select Restart Steam to do so.

Step 4: Download the steamui file Steam Steamui, then extract the file using WinRar, right-click on the file and select Extract To steamui.

During the extraction process, you will get the Steamui folder, copy it to the root folder of the Steam software and choose overwrite for all.

Step 5: Return to the Desktop screen and right-click on the Steam icon on your computer, select Properties.

Select the Shortcut tab, add '-newlib' to the Target field then click OK (Just add the part in double quotes), similar to the image below.

Step 6: Use the Steam icon you just set up on the Desktop to start the software, and the Library will look like this.
