Ingredients to prepare:
- 245ml fresh milk
- 13g instant coffee powder
- 200g whipping cream
- 3g powdered sugar
- 20g chocolate chips
Processing steps:
Step 1: Prepare the ice cream container and freeze it in the freezer for 12 hours. (If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can skip this step)
Step 2: Combine instant coffee powder and powdered sugar in a pot, add milk, heat over medium heat while stirring until the mixture is evenly dissolved.
Step 3: Once the mixture is fully dissolved, turn off the heat, let it cool, then add whipping cream and stir well.
Step 4:Pour the mixture into the pre-frozen ice cream container and place it in the ice cream maker.
Step 5:Cover the ice cream maker and let it run for about 30 minutes. If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can pour the cream mixture into the freezer, take it out every 1 – 2 hours and stir until it becomes smooth, repeating this process about 4 – 5 times.
Step 6: Then add the chocolate chips and continue mixing for about 2 minutes.
Step 7:At this point, your coffee chocolate ice cream is ready to serve. If you prefer it firmer, you can leave it in the freezer for an additional 1 – 2 hours!
