Ingredients:
- Fresh squid: 2 pieces

- Garlic, lemongrass, satay sauce, fish sauce, cooking oil, sugar, seasoning powder
- Clean the squid and use a knife to cut diagonal lines on the body for decoration.
- Place a pan on the stove and dry roast the squid. Chop the garlic and lemongrass, then add to the pan to sauté with cooking oil. Wait until fragrant, then add satay sauce. Next, add the squid and stir-fry over high heat, mixing well.
