Ingredients:
– 1/2 taro
– 1/2 turnip
– 1 carrot
– 1 block tofu
– 1 gr shiitake mushroom
– Fresh rice vermicelli
– Fresh vegetables
– Vegetarian fish sauce
– Cooking oil
– Spring roll wrappers
Instructions:
– The amount of ingredients depends on your preference. Firstly, wash the ingredients thoroughly, then finely chop and mix them together (including taro, turnip, carrot, tofu, shiitake mushroom).
– Use the mixed ingredients and wrap them in rice paper.
– Heat a pan, add cooking oil, once the oil is hot, fry the spring rolls until golden brown, occasionally flip them to ensure even cooking. Keep the heat at medium to ensure the inside is cooked through without burning the outside quickly.
