How to Make Rolled Paper Greeting Cards for 8th March
Firstly, you'll need the following materials:
- Red and green colored paper
- A4 hardcover paper, colored ribbon,
- Glue, scissors,
- Sewing needle or toothpick
Step 1: Begin rolling the paper
- Cut green and red paper into various long and short strips
- Fold one red strip in half and roll one end of the paper around a needle, leaving about 2cm of straight paper
- Roll the remaining end of the paper -> you'll have a heart-shaped paper coil
Step 2: - Gently fold the folded edge of the red paper coil slightly to one side of the heart shape -> making the heart shape look more stylish
Step 3: Roll a red string around the needle
Step 4: Use your fingers to gently press the string into a teardrop shape :D
Step 5: Apply glue to the end of the paper strip and stick it back together -> shaping the rolled paper into a teardrop shape
Step 6: Continue to curl the paper teardrop to make it look more stylish. These papers will serve as flower petals
Step 7: Similarly, do the same with the green paper coil into teardrop shapes. However, they will be larger in size, and remember to flatten both ends to create a wavy shape. The green papers will be made into leaves.
Next, fold the A4 hardcover paper in half and decorate it with ribbons and red paper. Then, stick the paper flowers and rolled paper hearts on it.
