STEPS TO MAKE FIVE-SPICE PORK STIR-FRY WITH SWEET KALE
Step 1. Prepare the pork marinade
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Thiệu Hưng rice wine, five-spice powder, and cornstarch, and stir until smooth.

Step 2. Marinate the meat
Add the pork and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3. Prepare the stir-fry sauce
Combine chicken broth, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and stir well. Set aside.

Step 4. Stir-fry the meat
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 15 seconds.

Add the pork mixture and stir until no longer pink, about 2 minutes.

Add sweet kale and mix well. Pour in the stir-fry sauce mixture and stir until the pork is cooked through, about 2 minutes.

Add green onions and toss. Turn off the heat.

Step 5. Presentation
Transfer the stir-fried meat to a serving plate, serve with hot rice.
