Step 1: On your Smart TV remote, press and hold the Settings button for a few seconds.
Step 2: Then, go to the network section to check whether WiFi or wired connection is established. If using WiFi, ensure it's connected to the same network; for wired connections, they must match.
Step 3: Immediately turn on the Screen Share feature, a default application on your Smart TV.
Step 4: On your computer, check whether the wired or WiFi networks are synchronized. This determines whether you can cast your laptop screen to the Smart TV.
Step 5: Press the Windows key + A to open the Action Center. Here, select Connect.
Step 6: Next, the system will automatically search for and connect to the Smart TV within the same network.
When you receive the Connected notification, the process of casting your laptop screen to the Smart TV is complete.
Step 7: If not done yet, press Windows key + A again. Here, select Project to adjust the display mode.
There are 4 display modes you need to know when casting your laptop screen to the Smart TV:

- Extend: Displays the laptop and Smart TV screens separately, extending each other.
- Second Screen only: Displays only the Smart TV screen.

Step 8: Then, review the results of casting your laptop screen to the Smart TV.
