1. Step-by-step Guide on Nationwide Health Declaration with NCOVI
Proceed to download and install the NCOVI app on your phone using the link below
- Download: NCOVI for Android
- Download: NCOVI for iPhone
On the newly redirected website interface, click on the arrow icon --> Click Install to download the app to your phone from the app store.
Next, you need to grant permission for the NCOVI app to access your phone's location by clicking on Allow.
To declare your personal health status, you need to input the information based on the template provided by the NCOVI app. The red-marked * fields are crucial, requiring complete and necessary information. Other fields can be left blank.
After filling in the information, tick the I commit box...-->Verify OTP
Input the OTP code sent to the phone number you registered on the NCOVI app earlier.
Next, provide the necessary information for the NCOVI app in the subsequent window.
Enable location access if the app prompts for activation.
On the main interface of this nationwide health declaration app, you can quickly update the latest information on infections, deaths, or recoveries in Vietnam and worldwide.
To update your daily health status, select the Health Monitoring section--> Enter the necessary information as per the provided template by the NCOVI app.
For suspected cases, those arriving from overseas or within epidemic areas can quickly send that information to the authorized agency in the Information Feedback section.
If there are inaccuracies or slight mistakes in your personal information during the declaration, you can go to the Account section to supplement essential personal information.
