Nowadays, administrative procedures are digitized to make them more accessible to the public, and online enrollment for Grade 1 is a technological solution adopted by the Ministry of Education in recent years to help candidates and parents quickly resolve issues, specifically enrollment registration, without consuming much time and effort as before.
Enrollment period for 2019, 2020
Note that online enrollment for Grade 1 in 2019, 2020 will run from July 1, 2019, to July 9, 2019. Specifically, enrollment for Grade 1 will take place from July 1, 2019, to July 3, 2019; enrollment for 5-year-old children into preschools will be from July 4, 2019, to July 6, 2019; and enrollment for Grade 6 will be from July 7, 2019, to July 9, 2019. Enrollment through direct registration will occur from July 13, 2019, to July 18, 2019.
Guide to Online Enrollment for Grade 1 in 2019, 2020
Before proceeding with online enrollment for Grade 1, parents of children preparing to enter Grade 1 need to prepare the enrollment documents, including the following, in addition to registration:
+ Application for admission for your child (handwritten application for Grade 1).
+ Copy of birth certificate (with original for verification).
+ Photocopy of household registration book (no need for notarization but must bring the original for verification).
Step 1: To register for online Grade 1 enrollment, first, you need to access the official link HERE.
Step 2: A series of lists will appear, of course, we select new registration in the Grade 1 enrollment for the academic year 2019 - 2020 section.
Finally, click continue and confirm the information once again before proceeding to the next section.
Step 5: Upon receiving successful online enrollment notification for 1st grade, save the registration ID and follow the instructions below.
After completing all the procedures, we have successfully registered for online 1st grade enrollment for 2019 and 2020. Upon completion, quickly finalize the documents and bring along the important papers mentioned above, especially the application form for 1st grade to the elementary school where you registered to complete the remaining procedures.
