Vietcombank has developed a feature for paying for hotel/travel services with Vietcombank payment card, allowing users to proactively pay bills when traveling without the need to carry a lot of cash.
Currently, with Vietcombank payment accounts, you can pay for hotel/travel services provided by Chudu24 service provider.
How to Pay for Hotel/Travel Services with Vietcombank
Currently, the feature for paying hotel and travel service bills is only available on the VCB-iB@nking channel. The requirement for payment is to have a payment card from Vietcombank and have registered for Vietcombank internet banking in advance. (If not registered, you can bring your ID card to the nearest Vietcombank transaction counter for guidance).
Payment Steps
Step 1: Access the Vietcombank electronic banking system HERE
Step 2: From the menu, select 'bill payment' under the 'payment' section
Step 3: Bill payment
In the source account section: Choose the account number you wish to use for payment. The card balance will be automatically displayed for your review before proceeding with the payment
In the transaction information section: Choose the 'hotel/travel service' service, provider 'chudu24'. Enter the customer code, press 'confirm'
Step 4: Transaction authentication
Select 'OTP delivery method' (receive OTP via SMS or via SmartOTP app), enter OTP code, press 'confirm' to complete the transaction
Step 5: The screen displays hotel/travel bill payment
Paying for hotel/travel services with Vietcombank payment card enables you to proactively book hotel rooms before traveling, making your trip more convenient and safer, without worrying about issues like hotel room shortages, theft, or losing cash while traveling
In early 2019, Vietcombank also collaborated with Ho Chi Minh City University Hospital and developed the payment of hospital fees via Vietcombank feature. This payment method allows patients and their families to proactively settle hospital bills without having to spend time queuing at the hospital payment counter
