Step 1: Quickly press and release the Volume Up button.

By activating the Emergency SOS feature on iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max, you can automatically call emergency services and send a message containing your location information to other users in your emergency contacts in case of danger or emergency.
Note: A small note is that you'll need to enter your iPhone passcode to re-enable Face ID and unlock your iPhone after initiating Emergency SOS.
Step 1: Simultaneously press and hold the Side button and the Volume Up or Volume Down button on your iPhone 12.
Step 2: Continue holding the buttons until the countdown screen for Emergency SOS appears on the screen. Slide the slider or wait for the countdown process to end to immediately call emergency services and notify your emergency contacts.

6. How to Enter Recovery Mode on iPhone 12
Step 1: Connect your iPhone 12 to your computer using a USB cable. Make sure you have installed the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
Step 2: If you're using macOS Catalina or later, open Finder. For older versions of macOS or PC, open iTunes.
Step 3: Quickly press and release the Volume Up button.
Step 4: Quickly press and release the Volume Down button.
Step 5: Press and hold the Side button until the Recovery Mode screen appears, then release it.
Step 6: If using iTunes, select your device in the iTunes window. If not, select your device in the Finder sidebar.

To exit Recovery Mode, simply press and hold the Side button until the message 'Connect to iTunes' appears on the screen, then your iPhone will restart to normal mode.

Note: Before starting, ensure you have installed the latest version of iTunes on your device.
Step 1: First, power on your iPhone 12 if it's not already on.
Step 2: Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable.
Step 3: Open iTunes if you're using a device running macOS Mojave or older, or PC. For devices running macOS Catalina or newer, open Finder.
Step 4: Next, on the iPhone 12, press and release the Volume Up button and Volume Down button.
Step 5: Press and hold the Side button until the iPhone screen turns black.
Step 6: Release the Side button, then press and hold both the Side button and Volume Down button simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
Step 7: Release the Side button, then continue holding the Volume Down button.
Step 8: Wait for about 5 seconds for Finder/iTunes to recognize that DFU mode is activated.
8. Exiting DFU Mode
Step 1: Quickly press the Volume Up button and release it.
Step 2: Continuously press the Volume Down button and release it.
Step 3: Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the iPhone screen.
