Guide to Preparing Exotic Tomato Sauce Quail Egg Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat
- 18-20 quail eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- ½ squash
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

Instructions
- Dice the squash, squeeze out excess water. Finely dice the onion.
- Marinate the meat, squash, and half of the onion with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Boil the quail eggs until cooked, peel off the shells. Flatten the meat in your hand, place a quail egg in the middle, wrap it up, leaving a bit of the egg exposed for aesthetic.
- Place the meatballs in a steamer, steam over boiling water for about 10-15 minutes until the meat is cooked through.

- Dice the tomatoes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, sauté the remaining half of the onion until translucent, then add the tomatoes, pour in the broth from the steamed meatballs in step 4, cook until the tomatoes are tender (if you prefer a vibrant red color, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste). Adjust the seasoning of the sauce to taste.

- Add the steamed meatballs into the pan, simmer for a few more minutes until the meatballs soak up the flavors, then turn off the heat.
