Recording videos in general and recording HTC screen videos is not as simple as taking screenshots because the device itself does not support this feature. To accomplish this, users need to use third-party apps. To capture an HTC screen, simply press the power and volume down buttons simultaneously.

Similar to how to record Zenfone screen videos, you first need to download the app to your device. In a previous article, we guided you on using AZ Screen Recorder to capture Zenfone screens, while in this article, Mytour.vn will use Rec. to record HTC screen videos.

1. Configure Rec.
First, we need to configure Rec. with details such as high resolution (preferably set to 1080 x 1920), video quality, duration, video name, enable or disable Audio for the video... then press Record to start.

Note: To use Rec., you need to root your device (refer to how to root Android) and with the trial version, users can only record videos with a maximum length of 5 minutes. If you want to record longer videos, you can upgrade Rec. to the Pro version.

When Rec. is activated, all the information displayed on the screen will be recorded. This includes both images and sounds (if any), providing users with a basis for creating tutorial videos, usage guides, mobile tips, etc.
