Forgetting passwords is a common occurrence, and most applications have an additional password recovery feature to help you retrieve it easily, without having to create a new account. VNEID is no exception. The process to recover your VNEID password is as follows; you can refer to the steps below.

Download VNEID to your mobile phone:
- Download VNEID for Android: VNEID for Android.
- Download VNEID for iOS: VNEID for iPhone.
Guide to recover your VNEID password
Step 1: On your phone interface, open the VNEID app and click 'Forgot Password' (Image 1). The forgot password interface opens; you enter your phone number and ID card number (identity card) and click 'Submit Request' (Image 2).
Step 2: At this point, the app will send a verification code to your phone number. You open the message and enter the code into the field (Image 3). After entering the code, VNEID will report success and send you a message, including the login password for VNEID (Image 4).
Now, all you need to do is open the message, retrieve the password, and proceed to log in with your account, which is your ID card number (ID card). You can easily use VNEID.
Undoubtedly, after completing the guide to recover your VNEID password, you now have a new password to log in to VNEID for information declaration and QR code scanning. To avoid forgetting, it's advisable to save that password in the Note app or wherever you usually store everything.
