There are two methods to recover your VETC account password. Each method has its own advantages. Depending on your needs, you can choose one of the following methods to recover your password and VETC account.

1. Retrieve your VETC account password via the VETC Customer app
If you download and install the VETC Customer app, you can quickly retrieve your password through this app. If not, you can also download and install it via the following link:

How to retrieve your VETC password:
- Step 1: Open the VETC app.
- Step 2: Click 'Forgot password' (Image 1). Then, you enter complete information into the fields:
+ Customer type: Depending on your previous registration, select the appropriate customer type.
+ Verification: Click and select the appropriate verification information.
+ Account number: Enter the account number according to the information selected in the Verification section.
+ Enter Captcha code: Enter the number next to the box.
- Step 3: Click 'Confirm' then follow the prompts to retrieve your password.
2. Retrieve your VETC account password by contacting VETC hotline or fanpage
Apart from retrieving your password via the app, you can also directly contact the VETC hotline or VETC fanpage. VETC staff are ready to assist in providing your password.
