2. Prominent Features of the Shared Ride to Noi Bai Service
- According to the note on the FastGo app, to use this feature, you need to book at least 90 minutes in advance and move to FastGo's waiting points in downtown Hanoi such as the Opera House, Time City, Nam Do building, Central Circus Theater,...
- FastGo's passenger pickup time starts from 9 AM and ends at 7 PM.
- Departure time: 10 minutes after the pickup time
- Each trip accommodates 3 passengers, each allowed to carry a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding 10 kg each.
- You need to set up a payment card on the FastGo app to use this feature.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on 'Nội Bài 99k'
Step 3: Choose your pickup point, destination, date of travel, pickup time, select payment method, and press 'book trip'
Step 4: The screen displays the completed booking process, please proceed to the selected location to be served by FastGo
