Step 5: Return to the 4399 account creation interface in Step 3, enter the Fullname content into the - 姓名 box and the Citizen ID number into the empty box 身份证号 => click the Submit button in green below.
Upon successful creation of your 4399 account, you will be directed to a page with an interface resembling the illustration below. If any errors occur, you must start over. Leaving the system waiting for too long may lead to errors.
