Guide to Registering Electronic Social Insurance Declaration with VssID
1. General Procedure for Registering a VssID Account
- Register your electronic social insurance declaration information with VssID using the provided form and submit it to the Public Service Portal of Vietnam Social Insurance.
- Download the declaration information from the website https://dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn/, bring your ID card to the nearest Social Insurance Office or Customer Support Center of Vietnam Social Insurance for officers to verify your information and complete the registration process. If you do not visit the Social Insurance Office to submit your application within 10 days from the confirmation date, your information will be automatically canceled in the system.
2. How to Register Electronic Social Insurance Declaration Information with VssID
Currently, VssID allows users to register for VssID on the VssID application and on the web browser. Here are the detailed steps to follow:
* Required Documents:
+ Photo ID: 1 copy
+ Front and back ID card photos: 1 copy
* How to Register a VssID Account on Computer
Step 1: Visit the Vietnam Social Insurance Public Service Portal website, click 'register'. Click quick access Here
Step 2: In the registration object type section, select the type of registration object 'individual', click 'next'
Step 3: In the registration usage form section, adjust information and stop using electronic transaction methods in the field of social insurance, enter the required information (information containing *), including:
- Upload your personal photo
- Fill in full name, social insurance number
- ID card number: upload photos of the front and back of the ID card to the system
- In the contact address section: Select province, district, commune, enter house number, alley (lane, hamlet), street, residential group where you reside
- For individuals with digital certificates: Enter the certificate number of the agency, organization, individual, organization name authenticating digital signatures and select the period of use of the digital certificate
- For individuals without digital certificates: Fill in information (including contact person, email, mobile phone) as instructed on the screen to request the social insurance agency to issue an electronic transaction authentication code at the specified address.
- Next, you need to select the transaction registration location as 'electronic information portal of Vietnam Social Insurance' and the form of submitting documents at the receiving location as prescribed by Vietnam Social Insurance, click 'acknowledge'.
Step 4: The screen displays the successful registration of electronic social insurance declaration information with VssID. You need to review your information before downloading it to your device and printing a soft copy.
Step 5: Sign, clearly write your full name, and submit the declaration form to the information declaration form. Bring your ID card/ID card/passport to the registered Social Insurance Office, present documents to the receiving department to verify information and complete the registration process.
Within 10 days from the confirmation date, if individuals do not go to the Social Insurance Office to submit their application, the information about the electronic declaration will be automatically deleted from the Public Service Portal of Vietnam Social Insurance.
* How to Register VssID via Phone
Step 1: Download and install the VssID application on your Android and iOS phone:

=> Link VssID for iPhone
Step 2: On the application login interface, click on 'register now'
Step 3: On the VssID account creation guide interface, read the instructions, and click 'continue'
Step 4: The application redirects to the online public service registration page on the Vietnam Social Insurance portal. Here, you proceed to select the type of registration object, fill in the registration information as instructed in the VssID registration guide for computers above.
Note:
- During the VssID account registration process, you may encounter situations where the system does not accept your VssID account registration form due to some registration errors such as incomplete information entry, registered social insurance number,... To address this issue, you can try re-entering the complete social insurance declaration form as instructed above or
