Installing a website as your computer wallpaper will help you keep track of a lot of information, directly interact on your screen without having to open a browser for use.
Step 1: Visit the Lively website to download the software to your computer. This open-source software is shared on Github. However, it has reached its final updates and can be downloaded as an installation package or installed directly into Windows through the Microsoft Store.
Step 2: In this tutorial, Software Trick will use the installation package (Install) and proceed to select Run to install.
Step 3: In the subsequent installation windows, simply press Next to proceed and complete the setup.
Step 4: To use images, videos, etc., as real-time screen wallpapers, you'll definitely need NETframe. Please wait for the software to install all necessary files.
Step 5: Once the software installation is complete, you'll see many different wallpaper modes, but this isn't our target. If you want to experience, you can choose a pre-existing screen mode to preview.
Step 6: To add a wallpaper using a website, simply select the Add (+) option.
Step 7: To display content from any website, simply copy its link and paste it into the Enter URL field. There's a wide array of websites to choose from, and after extensive testing, Mytour hasn't encountered any errors.
In this example, Mytour will utilize the Trade-Vndirect website to showcase data. This is a robust stock market site with extensive real-time data display and updates.
Step 8: Before adding a website as a wallpaper on Lively, you'll need to provide the following information:
- Title: Title, name of the wallpaper set
- Description: Description of the wallpaper content
- Author: Name of the wallpaper creator
- Website: Source of the wallpaper data
- Create Preview: Generate a preview image for the wallpaper
- Export Lively .zip: Create a zip file for sharing with others
After completion, press OK to save your settings.
Step 9: Immediately, your computer wallpaper will change, fetching data directly from the provided website source. The data is updated in real-time with a 0ms delay.
Step 10: If you're using multiple screens simultaneously, select the Monitor (1) icon and configure multi-screen display modes in the Placement Method (2) section.
- Selected screen only: Display only on the selected screen
- Span across screens: Extend the wallpaper to display across both screens
- Duplicate same wallpaper: Both screens use the same wallpaper.
Step 11: Congratulations, you've completed the process of setting up a website as your computer wallpaper. Now, try clicking on various elements on the screen to see them in action.
- To select elements, use the left mouse button.
- To scroll through the website, use the middle mouse button.
Step 12: The displayed content accurately reflects the content of the website, and you can access all nested content within the website.

Step 13: Additionally, you'll find some options within the Lively software as follows:
Actions: Expand Taskbar => Right-click Lively => Options
- Open Lively: Launch the application
- Close Wallpapers: Close the wallpapers
- Pause Wallpaper: Temporarily pause the screen (will display a temporary black screen)
- Exit: Close the application
