After you have completed registration for VCB Digibank service, you can easily set transfer limits on Mobile Banking Vietcombank for both phone and Internet Banking users.
- Step 1: On your phone interface, open the VCB Digibank app, enter phone number, password, and then click on 'Sign in' to log in.
- Step 2: Look at the bottom right corner, click on Menu with the icon of 3 horizontal bars as shown below.
- Step 3: After displaying the Menu, you find and click on 'Settings'.
- Step 4: In the blank box, you select either to increase or decrease the limit, then click on 'Continue'.
- Step 5: On the Confirmation page, under Select authentication method, you can choose 'VCB-Smart OTP'. Once selected, click on 'Continue'.
- Step 6: The Transaction authentication box appears, you enter VCB-Smart OTP password and then click on 'Continue' to proceed to the next step.
- Step 7: You continue to click 'Continue'.
- Step 8: Successfully setting the transaction limit will be displayed as shown below. You click 'Close' to close that transaction.
