If you use the VCB-iB@nking service to pay bills, the default setting on Vietcombank's system displays all service providers collaborating with Vietcombank. This may slow down your payment process as you need to find your service provider among various others.
To minimize these risks, you can utilize the 'Configure Service Providers in Vietcombank' feature. With this feature, you can actively choose the service providers for bill payments and financial services during transactions.
Option 1: Configure Service Providers in Vietcombank using VCB-iB@nking
To begin using the service, you must register for Vietcombank's Internet Banking. (Click here for detailed registration instructions)
Implementation Steps
Step 1: Access the VCB-iB@nking system with your provided username and password
Step 2: Locate 'My VCB-iB@nking' in the system and select 'Configure Service Providers'
Step 3: Click the top checkbox in the table to deselect all service providers. Then, click the checkbox next to the service or product you intend to pay for.
Step 4: Save the information to complete the setup process.
Option 2: Setting up beneficiaries using Vietcombank Mobile Banking

Step 2: In the 'Settings' tab, select 'Manage Contacts,' then choose 'Bill Contacts'
Step 3: Perform search, edit, or add new bill contacts (service used, provider, memorable name, customer code), press save to complete the setup process
