Guide to Temporarily Locking Your In-Game Account in League of Legends
Instructions for submitting a request to temporarily lock your in-game account in League of Legends or Garena
To submit a support request to lock your Garena account for League of Legends, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the Garena support page HERE and select 'Account Support.'
Step 2: In the 'Lost Account' section, choose 'Account Compromised (hack)'.
Step 3: Scroll down to Section 4. Request to temporarily lock your Garena account, click on the word 'here' as shown in the image below.
Step 4: If you haven't logged into your Garena account, the system will prompt you to log in. Enter your Garena login information and select 'Log In Now.'
Step 5: Choose 'I need support' as shown in the image below.
Step 6: Fill in the required information, with the most crucial being details about your email and phone number for Garena account verification. In the 'Email Verification Status' and 'Phone' sections, make sure to select 'Active' or 'Inactive' based on your current usage status.
Step 7: Continue filling in the requested information, specifying the 'Account Lock Time' closest to the time of support request. The 'Subject' and 'Detailed Information' sections can be filled following the template in the image below. Click 'Submit Support' when done.
The Garena team will promptly receive and process support requests to assist you in safeguarding your account.
Note:
To receive support for temporarily locking your account, you need to have access to the currently verified Email or Phone Number (or within the last 5 days before any changes) of your account. Refer to how to verify the Phone Number for Garena account here. If you can't use any security information, we won't be able to assist, ensuring that we support the genuine account owner.
