Phu Yen is considered one of the most beautiful coastal paradises in Central Vietnam. Few know that this region also boasts a popular sea walkway. Let's explore what makes this place special.
Guide to the buzzing sea walkway in Phu Yen
Nhat Tu Son is one of the most beautiful islands in Xuan Dai Bay, located in Xuan Tho 1 commune, Song Cau town. Its name derives from its shape resembling the Chinese character for 'one.' What sets this island apart is the sea walkway that emerges during low tide. The best time to visit is from April to August when the weather is pleasant and the sea is incredibly blue.

Getting There: From Tuy Hoa, take National Highway 1A for about 47km to Xuan Tho 1 commune, ask locals for directions to Nhat Tu Son. Turn right and drive about 2km until you see the island... Head down to the canoe dock, park your vehicle for free, and buy a round-trip ticket for 30,000 VND/person.

To experience and capture photos of the sea walkway, you need to consider the tide, specifically:
- From the 1st to the 15th day of the lunar month: Water will recede in the afternoon.
- From the 15th to the end of the lunar month: Water will recede in the morning.

If you want to capture beautiful pictures, it's best to go during noon when the path appears mystical under the sea water. Don't worry, the water level on this path only rises up to the knees; during low tide, you can even cycle through.

Here, you'll immerse yourself in wild nature, with virgin forests covering the entire island, rare and precious vegetation, along with towering cliffs and countless caves formed by the erosion of the sea waves.

In addition to the stunning sea walkway, Nhat Tu Son Island boasts numerous underground caves such as Bat Cave, Hades Cave, Buddha Cave, gala camping site, soul land garden, Witch's Rock... You should combine nearby sightseeing routes like: Om Beach, Tiger Woods Bridge, Hoa Bay, Swing Tree Waterfall, Sand Hill From Nham...
