Guide to Adding Funds to 9Pay E-wallet
Step 1: Open the 9Pay application on your Android or iOS phone.
Step 2: Log in to your 9Pay e-wallet account.
Step 3: On the homepage, select Top Up => Amount to Top Up your 9Pay wallet.
Step 4: Choose the funding source (top-up method) for your 9Pay wallet, each top-up method requires users to perform and enter specific identity confirmation information, including:
- For example, Top Up via Bank Transfer, choose the top-up amount and click Top Up.
Select the bank affiliated with 9Pay you want to use for transferring funds => transfer funds according to the correct information displayed on the next page for the system to record the transaction.
- For example, Top Up via Domestic Bank Card, select the top-up amount and click Top Up => enter Card Number, Name of Cardholder, expiry date printed on the card ... as required => click Continue for the system to confirm payment information.
