Facebook allows you to track your own account's location history at login points, respecting user privacy and preventing tracking of others' locations.
Guide to Track Location on Facebook
Step 1: Log into Facebook, select the menu icon, then choose 'Settings & Privacy'.
Ensure you're using the latest version of Facebook to follow the steps outlined below.

Step 2: Go to Settings, scroll down to and select Location.
Step 3: Choose: Location History -> View your location history.
Note: Tracking location via Facebook requires that you've previously activated Location History. Without this feature enabled, Facebook cannot log your locations.
Step 4: Enter your Facebook account password to proceed.
Step 5: Facebook immediately displays the locations you've visited and the times you opened the app today (Your current location is marked with a red dot).
To view your Facebook location history for past days, click on the three-dot icon -> Then select Calendar.
Select the date and month you wish to review locations for. You can zoom in and out of the map for a broader view.
For privacy, you can delete any location history by selecting the three-dot icon -> Choose Delete this day or Delete all location history.
