To mirror iPhone photos to your TV, we'll utilize AirPlay, which is applicable for iPhone 4 and later models. AirPlay is a wireless image transmission method used by Apple for iOS devices, including iPhone, iPad, with Apple TV.
Step 1: Start by plugging one end of an HDMI cable into Apple TV Gen 2.
Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into your TV.
Step 2: Then, using your TV remote, press the Menu button or the Source TV option (depending on your TV).
Step 3: Now, select the illuminated HDMI port corresponding to the HDMI input you've used.
Step 4: On your TV, proceed to select the settings section (Apple TV interface).
Step 5: Here, navigate to the WiFi settings to connect your WiFi with your iPhone.
Step 6: After that, exit the WiFi section but remain in settings. Now, proceed to the AirPlay settings to enable it.
Step 7: On your iPhone, you also need to enable AirPlay .
Then connect to the discovered Apple TV box.
As a result, you'll see the images being transferred, allowing you to view any photos on your iPhone directly on your TV.
Step 8: Furthermore, if you enable Mirroring feature, you'll be able to do more than just displaying iPhone photos on your TV.
This includes directly controlling your TV, using it as a screen for your phone.
