The Techcombank Mobile Banking app enables customers to conduct transactions with the bank through mobile devices such as phones or tablets connected via 3G, GPRS, or Wifi. a. Transferring within Techcombank

- Select the source account from the arrow icon (>)
- Enter the Account Number or choose from the Beneficiary List from the 3-horizontal-lines icon.
Step 4: Enter the authentication code to complete the transaction
b. Transfer outside Techcombank.
Step 1: Press the Transfer menu => Interbank
Step 2: Proceed to enter transaction information:
- Select the source account from the arrow icon (>)
- Enter the Account Number or choose from the Beneficiary List from the 3 horizontal lines icon.
Step 3: Finally, enter the authentication code to complete.
c. Sending money via social networks
This is a relatively new service and almost the first appearance in Vietnam. This service allows customers to make money transfer/receive transactions to friends and relatives connected on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +,... without needing to open a bank payment account. To make a transfer transaction, you also follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select the Social Network menu
Step 2: Choose Send Money
Step 3: Enter transaction information:
- Select the source account from the arrow icon (>)
- Here, customers can insert images, Videos/Clips/Message content
- Choose Recipient: List of recent transaction executions, Or List of friends connected on Facebook, Google+, or in the phone book
Step 4: Enter Authentication Code to complete the transaction. The Money Transfer transaction is valid for 03 working days.
How to receive transaction money transferred from social networks
Note: The recipient must be registered for Techcombank's F@st mobile service. If not registered, please proceed to register for the service at Techcombank branch/transaction office.
The recipient will receive a transaction notification link on Facebook or via SMS, and follow these steps to receive the money:
Step 1: Upon receiving the message sent via Facebook or SMS, log in to F@st mobile, tap the notification “You have {...} pending transactions”
Step 2: Select the correct Transaction from the List of pending transactions
Step 3: Receive money
- Choose the source account to receive money from the arrow icon (>)
- Select Receive money or Reject to complete the transaction
d. Sending money to ID card number (CMTND)
Step 1: Press the Social network menu then select Send to CMTND
Step 2: Enter the recipient's ID card information and the amount of money to transfer
Step 3: Confirm the information and enter the transaction authentication code to complete the transaction.
-> Transaction is valid for 05 working days
The recipient can visit any Techcombank branch or transaction office, present their ID card and provide transaction information including the amount and date of the transaction to receive money
