Guide to Utilizing Bkav Tool for Virus Inspection
Step 1: Download Bkav Tool from this link:
Step 2: Right-click on the Bkav Tool file and choose Run as administrator:
Step 3: Click the Virus Check button to record the log.
Step 4: A new window appears, choose the directory to save the log file, then click OK.
Step 5: The program will record logs to the BL file in the selected directory. Click OK to complete the logging process.

Handling BT Files after Receiving from Bkav Customer Support Email.
After receiving the sent BL file, Bkav will analyze and send back the BT file to your email.
Step 1: Upon receiving the BT file, download and save it. Run the BkavTool file and click the Process button.
Step 2: A new window appears, navigate to the folder where the BT file is saved, then click OK to complete the virus processing.
Then, attach the BS file to an email and send it to Bkav for analysis and updating in the new version.
