Guide to Using Google Photos on Windows 10 for Image Management
Step 1: After installation and launching, the application will run in the Taskbar. Right-click on the Google Photos icon and select Settings.
Step 2: In the Settings window, you will find the following options:
Change Backup Account: You can log out, change accounts to proceed with synchronization.
Manage Backup Sources: Here, you can choose folders containing photos and perform backups in those folders. Click the Add Folder button to add the folder where you want to back up your photos.
Select Image Quality: You can choose the quality and file type for the backed-up images.
After configuring the options, press the OK button to save the settings.
Step 3: Now you can manage Google Photos activities by right-clicking on the Google Photos icon in the Taskbar. Choose options such as pause backup, resume backup, view uploaded photos, access Google Photos, and more.
