Usually, the blender has 2 speeds: Speed 1 (|) for slow blending and Speed 2 (||) for faster blending (also known as the Turbo button).

How to use a handheld blender:
Handheld blenders are commonly used to prepare soups, dipping sauces, gravies, and baby food as well as mix drinks, milkshakes, or other liquid blends.
- Attach the motor unit to the blender shaft until the 2 units fit securely together.
- Place the blender in the blending container, then press the ( | ) or ( || ) button depending on your purpose.
- After use, press the button to detach the motor unit.
You can use the blender directly in a glass (G) or in any container to hold food (cup, bowl,…). When blending food directly in a pot, remove the pot from the stove before blending to avoid damaging the blender.

How to use a whisk:
Only use this attachment for whipping cream, beating egg whites, making foam, and preparing light desserts that can be served immediately.
- Attach the whisk attachment to the box, then attach the motor to the attachment box until the 2 parts fit together.
- Place the egg whisk in the mixing bowl and then press the (1) button to operate.
- After use, press the button to detach the motor, then remove the whisk from the attachment box.

To achieve the best results:

- When using the egg whisk, use 4 egg whites.
How to use the accompanying blending bowl:
The blending bowl is suitable for grinding cheese, onions, various aromatic herbs, garlic, chili peppers, carrots, nuts, peanuts, and almonds. When grinding hard foods like hard cheese,… you should use the Turbo button at Speed (2).

Before blending, it is advisable to:
- Cut meat, cheese, onions, garlic into small pieces about 1-2cm.
