GrabPay is a feature integrated directly into the Grab app, allowing users to manage their finances conveniently without cash. By prepaying service fees into GrabPay through internet banking services or using Visa or Master Cards, users can experience the convenience of comfortable rides. Step 1: Access the Grab app, click on the menu icon with three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the app, and select GrabPay as shown below.
Step 2: Choose Add credit, then select the top-up method that suits your usage needs.
If you prefer card payment, select Cards and e-wallets > choose the top-up amount (100, 200, 300K) or enter an amount from 80 to 499,999 VND. Next, select the type of payment card VISA or Mastercard
Step 3: In the next interface, enter your card information in the available fields and then click Pay .
Step 4: Additionally, if you prefer using ATM for payment, it's quite convenient to select ATM & Internet Banking. The process is similar to choosing Cards and Wallets > selecting the amount or entering your desired amount > choosing the payment method from the banks supported by Grab Internet Banking, then press Send .
Currently, Grab only supports BIDV, ACB, Dong A Bank, Maritime Bank, MB Bank, Sacom Bank, Techcom Bank, Vietcom Bank, and Viettin Bank. So, it will be convenient for those who are using services from these banks.
Step 5: After sending your order, you will receive the interface of the order information you just requested. Enter the relevant information about the ATM card according to the form and then click Payment to get the screen as shown below.
Step 6: Next, enter your name, Internet Banking password > choose the method to receive the transaction code via SMS to the phone number you registered for Internet Banking > enter the CAPTCHA code > check the box “I accept all payment terms of...” then click Payment .
Step 7: Finally, enter the transaction code received from your bank's system and click Payment .
- The Grab interface may not have been adapted for mobile phones, so make sure to carefully read the terms before using the service.
Step 8: Back in the app, you'll see your updated balance, which will be valid for one year.
Step 9: Your next task is to book a ride and use this payment. The process of booking a ride remains the same as before, with the final step being selecting the payment method.
Step 10: Next, click on Promotions and enter code GP40 for free rides worth 40Kx10 on GrabBike on your first GrabPay payment, GRAB75 for a discount of 75Kx2 on GrabCar, GPC50 for a discount of 50Kx1 on GrabCar. With the total value of these promo codes, you'll receive up to 600K in savings.
